Earlier today Clear Skies Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Clear Skies Solar, Inc. (OTCBB: CSKH), announced that they were featured on the cover story of the January 18, 2008 edition of CB&E for installing a substantial solar energy system to provide power to the sprawling Loma Linda Civic Center.

The completed project, which is depicted aerially on the cover of CB&E, includes four separate solar systems covering nine different roofs on five municipal buildings: the police station, fire station, administration building, carport, and library. The system contains 1,572 solar photovoltaic modules, has 4 inverters necessary to accommodate the modules, and provides over 400,000 kilowatts-hours of energy per year.

"We are thrilled to be featured on the cover of California Builder and Engineer," said Ezra Green, Chairman and CEO of Clear Skies Group. "The fact that this prominent magazine chose the Loma Linda project for its lead story underscores the growing trend towards capitalizing on solar energy."

The system, which was installed during scorching summer heat and required detailed coordination in order to allow city business to continue during construction, will shave $72,000 (20%) off the city's annual $350,000 electric bill.

"This project truly showcases the possibilities and benefits of solar energy," said Green. "The system provides an expansive, multi-structural municipal complex with a renewable source of power that is environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and cost-saving."

CB&E Magazine, which is published twice a month, is a prominent source of construction industry news for California and Hawaii and is read by contractors, suppliers, and public officials throughout those states. It is also available worldwide via its website, www.acppubs.com.

In addition to CB&E's coverage, Clear Skies Group has been featured recently by several regional and national media outlets, including an article in the Long Island Business News and interviews on the nationally syndicated Ask Andrea radio program, Home Fix Radio, and Home Improvement Radio. The company also recently completed filming for an episode of Greenovate, the Discovery Home Channel's new series documenting homeowners' eco-friendly renovations of their homes. For the show, Clear Skies Group installed a residential solar system for a homeowner in Claremont, California, and upgraded the existing service panel from 100 amps to 200 amps in order to accommodate the new system.

Clear Skies Solar, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary, Clear Skies Group, Inc. ("CSG"), provides full-service renewable energy solutions to commercial, industrial, and agricultural clients across the country. CSG was incorporated in 2003 and launched formal operations in 2005. During that time period, CSG developed its proprietary systems, obtained licenses and certifications, and acquired technologies that could maximize the impact of its construction expertise on the renewable energy sector. CSG has become one of the premier solar electric installation companies in the country.

The Company has completed the first phase of the production worth $1.5 million and is planning to enter the second phase of production of approximately $4.1 million worth of glass-reinforced fiber pipes.
