CruiseCam International Board of Directors Approves Stock Dividend Distribution to All Qualified Shareholders as of May 15, 2009

BIRMINGHAM, Mich., Jan. 27, 2009 - CruiseCam International, Inc. recently announced that the board of directors of the company have approved a Stock Dividend Distribution to all shareholders of record as of May 15, 2009. CruiseCam entered into a strategic e-commerce marketing agreement and equity exchange agreement with Anything Brands Online, Inc in November of 2008 and has decided to provide a portion of this equity to its shareholders.

The Dividend Distribution will be distributed in this manner: Every Shareholder who holds their common stock or purchases stock of CCMC in the market on or before May 15, 2009, and has a minimum of 350,000 shares of CCMC common stock will be qualified to receive the dividend. The dividend will be paid in the following manner: For every ten shares of common CCMC stock held through May 15, 2009 each shareholder will receive one share of restricted common stock of Anything Brands Online, Inc.

For example: If a CCMC shareholder had 500,000 shares of CCMC stock and held it through May 15, 2009 that shareholder would receive 50,000 shares of ANYT stock as their dividend payment.
