VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA-Feb 16, 2009 - Yellowcake Mining Inc. announces that Siegfried Muessig resigned from our board of directors effective February 11, 2009. The resignation was due to personal reasons.

Bill Tafuri, CEO, states: "Mr. Muessig's advice and experience will be missed by all of us. He is one of the mining industry's luminaries."

We all would like to thank Mr. Muessig for his effort and wish him well in the future.
