MALIBU, Calif.-Indie Ranch Media, Inc. , announced that their wholly-owned subsidiary Omni Entertainment Group, Inc. has signed a letter of intent with Alluminous Pictures, Inc. . Saige Walker, a well-known actor and CEO of API, confirmed that they have offered OMNI the opportunity to provide editing and post production services on the Motion Picture Film ?Devil Dog.?

Devil Dog is based on a true story about a young man, Carlos Sanchez, who is trapped in the East Los Angeles Ghetto, an environment of poverty and gang violence he can?t seem to escape. Loosing control in a fight over the death of his sister, he finds himself and his family at the mercy of an East Los Angeles Gang. Making a heroic choice to save his family's life and his own, he chooses to join the Marine Boot Camp and begins a journey of finding himself and a chance at true freedom. Together with a rival enemy from the streets of LA, they soon find themselves fighting to save each others lives on the front lines of the war in Afghanistan.

Kris Sweeton, COO of Omni?s Post Production Facility, set the initial value of the contract at $300,000, noting that other films about to be produced by API will result in a commensurate rise in demand for post production services provided by Omni.
