TORONTO, ONTARIO-Feb 3, 2009 - VIPR Industries Inc. announces it has closed and acquired a gold property consisting 10 licenses within the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Tanzania.

The 10 licenses are located within the reputable Singida region of Tanzania and are accompanied with what the company believes to be notable data and other relevant documents. Additional details on the property and terms of the acquisition will subsequently be made available as it negotiates and finalizes additional provisions and further concessions from the vendors.
